What does “open-box” mean?
Open-box items were sold or displayed at a store and then returned, or they're overstock and shelf pulls. The box has been opened, but the product itself is usually in excellent shape. Every listing shows a condition grade so you know what to expect.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything we sell comes from retail and distributor liquidation lots, and each unit is inspected and tested by hand at our Waynesville, NC warehouse before it's listed.
Why are the prices so low?
Stores can't resell returned or opened items as new, so they sell them in bulk lots at a discount. We buy those lots, test every unit and pass the savings on to you.
Do the items come with a warranty?
The manufacturer's warranty may not apply to open-box items. Every order is covered by our 30-day return policy — if something isn't right, send it back.
